7^th Grade Supply Checklist

 What supplies do I need for 7^th Grade:

We would like each student to bring in the following supplies by Friday, September 1.  Math supplies are not included in this list and will be discussed in math class during the first week of class.  This list includes supplies needed for your Related Arts classes this year. If you have any financial concerns, please contact the office at (508) 879-9000.

 Items needed every day: 

Here are the supplies that you will carry from class to class and bring home each evening.  In addition to your planner, which will be given to you on the first day of class, you will need these materials every day and must keep them replenished throughout the year.
(Parents, please help your student take responsibility for being prepared for class with these items every day.)

 q       1 Binder (at least 2” – Trapper/zipper style acceptable) with the following items inside:

q       1 Zippered pencil pouch with:

q       4 Pencils (sharpened)

q       2 Pens (blue and/or black)

q       2 Highlighters

q       1 Package of college-ruled loose-leaf paper (keep 25 – 100 sheets in your binder at all times.)

q       1 Set of dividers – 5 tabs

Items for personal use in the classroom:

These materials will have your name on them and be stored in the classroom.

q       2 spiral notebook (100 pgs., 3-hole punched)  - 1 will be for Related Arts, 1 for Humanities

q       1 composition notebook

q       1 binder (at least 2”) – This is for your Humanities portfolio. Does not need to be fancy!

q       3 two-pocket folders for Related Arts classes (this will cover the needs for the entire year)

q       $2 for graph composition notebook for field science journal (Mr. Grymonpré will be purchasing this item in bulk for the entire team)

Items to share with the team:

The team has a fixed amount of money available for school materials, including supplies, textbooks, technology, etc.  Your assistance in bringing in these basic supplies will help us do more for our students.

q       1 pack of sticky notes (3” x 3” or ½” x 2”, any color)

q       1 glue stick

q       1 roll of clear tape

q       1 boxes of tissues

q       1 set colored markers or 1 set colored pencils

Optional Items / Wish List:

We don’t need 34 of these items, but we do need some.  Your contributions are greatly appreciated!

q       Dry Erase markers (black and colors)

q       White board erasers

q       Poster board

q       Sharpies

q       Wet wipes

q       Lysol cleaning spray

q       Hand Sanitizer Gel

We will be updating the Wish List from time to time and teachers will send home subject-specific wish lists once school begins.  We very much appreciate your support as you are willing and able.
