Dear Parents & Guardians of 7th Grade Students:
We are excited to announce a fieldwork opportunity for all 7th grade students for May 24-25. Together, we will be traveling via three coach busses to New York City to visit the American Museum of Natural History. This trip will include one overnight at the Holiday Inn in Fort Lee, New Jersey, which is just outside New York City.

All yellow forms (in bold & italics above) should be returned to your child’s Science teacher by Monday, May 9.
Safety Guidelines
If your child will be taking any medications on our trip, even Tylenol or Sudafed, you will need to fill out the appropriate information in the Medical Information Form and coordinate the medications with Leanne Liberatore. Without doing this, your child will not be allowed to take any medications on this trip. This form must be completed for every student.
To help ensure the safety of our students, we have hired a security guard to monitor the hotel hallways at night. Students will sleep 4 to a room, in boys-only or girls-only rooms. Be sure to carefully review the Behavioral Contract with your child. We need both a child and a parent/guardian signature on this form.

The 7th grade staff is hosting a question-and-answer informational forum for any parents who wish to attend on Thursday, May 5, from 6:30-7:30 pm.
