Information About Cost

Our trip to the American Museum of Natural History includes a bus trip, two days of admission to the museum, a planetarium show, overnight accommodations, an overnight security guard, and a picnic lunch.  Overall, the trip will cost $120 per student.  We will be providing half of this, and so we are asking families to provide $60 for each student. 

Need-based scholarships are available.  Please contact your child’s Science teacher for more information. 

To help make these scholarships possible, we are looking for donations to our scholarship fund to make fieldwork like this possible.  If you are interested in donating, simply send in extra money with your child’s payment. 

Our cost does not include the following:

Lunch on day 1—students should bring a bag lunch, completely disposable (no lunch boxes, ice packs, etc.)

Dinner on day 2—students should bring money for fast food
