AMNH Trip Itinerary

Tuesday:

7:45     Students arrive at school and load busses.  School busses will not be able to bring students to school on time.  Please make arrangements to have your child dropped off on time.

8:00     Busses depart CMRCPS

12:00   Lunch at Connecticut Picnic Area (bag lunch)

12:30   Busses depart picnic area

1:30     Arrive at AMNH (stretch break, form groups, etc.)

2:00     Enter museum

5:45     Depart museum

6:15     Dinner

8:30     Hotel Check-In

9:00     Team Time

9:30     Quiet Time (students in rooms reading, listening to music, doodling, etc)

10:00   Lights Out

Wednesday:

7:00     Wake-Up Call

7-9       Breakfast, showers, etc

9:00     Pack-Up/Clean-Up

9:15     Load Busses.  Students must have cleaned and left their rooms by this time.

9:30     Depart for Museum

10:00   Arrive at AMNH (stretch break)

10:30   Enter Museum

12:30   Lunch (picnic in Central Park)

2:15     Meet at planetarium

2:30     Space Show (Search for Life:  Are We Alone in the Universe?)

3:00     Bathroom break, load busses

3:15     Depart Museum

5:30     Dinner—fast food at rest stop in Connecticut

6:30     Busses depart rest stop

9:15     Arrive at CMRCPS
